First of all they were Positive thinkers. Ambitious. Expected to succeed. Felt that they had great future. Saw opportunities where others saw disaster or no opportunity. SUCCESS THROUGH SOFT SKILLS

They always felt they had great future . Even when they were born in poverty AND Even when everyone told them that they had no chance to succeed . SUCCESS THROUGH SOFT SKILLS

They were passionate about their work. They made their hobby their profession or business. They loved & enjoyed their work . They were good at what they were doing. They worked hard and long hours without feeling tired . SUCCESS THROUGH SOFT SKILLS

Most of them were also ‘out of box’ thinkers. Were willing to try new things. Acted according to their own instincts and convictions. Consulted others to find facts, but always made their OWN judgments and decisions. SUCCESS THROUGH SOFT SKILLS
