Emmer is a special grain that is healthier th a n other grains and it tastes even better. The Brewery wanted to survive against other standard brewerys so they took the special gari instead of all standrard grains.The Owner: The Owner Martha Krieger wanted to be famous. But with norm a l grains she could not . So she took ancient grains like Emmer, Einkorn and Dinkel.The Brewmaster: The Brewmaster Johann Seitz explains that all ancient grains are healthier then standard grains. First he crushes the grains into small hops then he puts it all into the water.Einkorn Beer: Einkorn Beer Einkorn beer has a special taste and color . It is white till the f e rm en tation process . Einkorn has more proteins and vitamins th a n Emmer but it tastes a little bit worse than Emmer.The Grains: The Grains The Brewery buys it s grains from organic farmer Franz Aunkofer .
