Slide 4: Her restourant in north Barcelona has 3 stars . Thats the highest amount of stars that a restourant can get , so we call her three – star chef. Slide 5: A little weird , but a very successful restaurant. That is because one of the specialites of this restaurant is a dish made of jelly fish. A nice beach walk is just what she needs to focus on the busy day ahead . Slide 6: She says : I usually played all the time on the beach as a child , I also come here to recover after a hard day and work , and it inspires my cooking. . Slide 7: She uses fresh local ingredients in her restaurant. 18 people work in the kitchen , most of them are men which is not unusual in cooking industry. Her personality and her history is in her cuisine. She grew up on a farm , as a child she learned to work hard and worked like a team. .
