Only 11% at German companies have women in a staff of advisers.Petra Ledendecker has been a director,of a successfull furniture manifacture for twenty years.

Riding a motorcycle is Petras Ledendeckars hobby.She love that because that relaxe her.But for a long time that she cant`t do.Because of illness.

20 years ago Petra has started this manifacture near Hannover.Today 100 employs build some 16 000 tables a year.That they sold in furniture market all across Europ.

Getting start wasn`t easy.Because Petra Ledendecker was turned down because a lot of banks didn`t give a credit for a furniture manifacture because they thought that not rentable for them.

But she didn`t give up.She think that her fighting spirit come from her childhood. She has a hard illness the doctor says that she doesn`t live long.But she has a property transplantation.

When ever she can Ledendacker goes home for her lunch brake.She loves spend time with her daughter Anna.She helps Ann when ever she can. With so a career she must have help of another,including a house keeper.

Petra has a beatiful garden.She relaxe there.At the wekeends she calmly consider there.She plays with her dog and daughter.She loves this environment.She says that she achieved her dreams,but it was hard to accomplish that.

Once a week she travels to Berlin.Because to represent the interests of 50 000 women in German who will be so sucessfull as she is.Young business women seeking advice of her forsuccessfull working.

Petra Ledendecker has accomplished, she is very proud of herself.Now she will help other women that they also accomplish and become so successfull as she is.

I think that Petra Ledendecker is a crucial woman who never deceived herself.She didn’t have easy life,but though sometimes in hard times she never be desperate.Because of all that i respect her a lot . MY GUESS
