Noureddine Erradi came up with the idea for the work shop . He has plenty of contacts with immigrants and knows what they go through. When he came to Netherlands he was treated like “nobody” despites his university degree.PowerPoint Presentation: The workshops include 4 hours of Turkish instructions every day just as EU states require people to learn their languages. Urslum is the teacher. Kim says: I know some words, the basic words, but I don’t think for me it’s possible now to have a conversation with Turkish people or to work even with Turkish people .PowerPoint Presentation: But Kim’s new job is as a waitress in a Turkish tea room . She is asked to help a guest who is about to take his immigration test. She realizes that what for her is an experiment is a hard reality for him .
