Thanks to wonder of science, we are learning more about the healing power of green tea. German researchers have discovered that tea contains substance that can help to decrease simptoms of Alzheimers disease. No mater if the tea is green, black or white it contans a lot of health benefits.

Black and green tea come from the same plant . The difference is how the leaves are treated after being picked. Hot air is used to dry the leaves for the black teas , but not the green ones. Both black and green tea have beneficial substances .

One of the latest trends is tea flowers. These bloom as they brew. They are made up of the leaves of black, green and white tea. They are tied up into a bouquet with Jusmin flower.

There are curative teas too. Lime tea with ginger is best for colds, lemon tea if you need to calm down or to get to sleep, peppermint tea is good for cramps and digestive troubles, but you must drink it regularly.
