Process flow chart is not a tool from 7 QC tools. Its a technique. You have replaced Stratification with PFC. Process flow chart is the part of 10 tools techniques (Where 8th tool is control chart seperated from graphes). 10th technique is Brain storming Overall Its a good presentation
