Recommendations:

Recommendations Scrap the existing program completely Replace it with one that is focused on: Being welcoming Reduce anxiety Measure effectiveness Oriented around employee type

Anticipated Results:

Anticipated Results Implementing these changes would lead to less turnover, and faster acclimation to company culture Happier Management, Happier Employees
