To try and create a jogging habit.. : 

To try and create a jogging habit.. Four years in the service (USMC) and I still haven’t acquired a running routine. I hate to jog but know that the jogging habit would be good for me in the long run. Since attending George Mason University I had stopped any type of exercise routine from a simple jog to a gym work out. A jogging routine does not need a gym, workout partners, or anything in particular. What then keeps me from jogging?

What Is Next? Too many changes at one time. Next time, Keep it simple. (K.I.S.) Wedding & Honeymoon Looking for a new job Leaving my home area to begin the married life Seminars and summer classes This was in a short period of time. A longer period of time would help view improvements with changes Definitely still have a lot to do to achieve my goal.
