Slide 2:

What is vaginal relaxation or loose vagina Nowhere in literature it is described as what is loose vagina Until you know what is loose vagina ,how will you tighten it . And in zeal to tighten it ,you overtighten it

Slide 3:

It results in dyspareunia

Slide 4:

So what is vaginal looseness

Slide 5:

If the grip of the vagina over the penis is lost ,its vaginal looseness

Slide 6:

Therefore one should know the width of penis before correcting the vaginal looseness

Slide 7:

If its difficult to know then, arbitrarily it should not be tightened more than one finger insertion

Slide 8:

Now question arises why looseness happens

Slide 9:

Looseness occurs because 1.rugae gets flattened 2.musculofascial support gets weaker 3.musculofascial tissue gets atrophy

Slide 10:

Now what most of people do is excision of mucosa

Slide 11:

If mucosa is removed-vagina becomes tight.but how will it distend during sex?

Slide 12:

So how to tighten the vagina

Slide 13:

Principles -create rugae -support musculofascial tissue -add supportive tissue
