MOOD The mood of the story is joyful and happy. Julie went back and found her father, Kapugen. He was so happy Julie came back. Julie and Kapugen enjoyed doing everything they did together and life its self.

MAIN CHARACTERS JULIE Julie is responsible because she immediately picked up on chores when she got to Kapugen’s house. The first day back at Kapugen’s Julie offered to run the dogs and take care of the musk ox. Julie is also smart because when she was only 14 her step mother said she should put in an application at the new high school. She was to smart for her own good.
