We need this flange bearing for our electric power equipment now, or we can’t generate the city’s power! Slide 3: The company’s suppliers say the bearing can’t be delivered for a week, maybe 10 days. That’s too long! Slide 4: Even worse, their contractors are already on site… with nothing to work on! Sorry, guys… We’re wasting time and money! Slide 5: Let’s call Team ID! Maybe they can help! Slide 6: Hi, I’m IndustriGirl and I’m part of Team ID! It’s my job to arrive on the scene when you need me most. What’s the situation? Slide 7: The company explains the dilemma, and IndustriGirl suggests a different bearing, one that is easy to replace and has more than one function. This one can change from one style to another right here in the field! Slide 8: Then the power company tells her what a tight schedule they are on… Not a problem at all. I’ll order it right now and it’ll be here tomorrow morning! Slide 9: Sure enough, the bearing shipment is delivered the next day and everything resumes right on schedule.
