E-mail :E-mail You can write a message to someone by mailing a letter.
You can also send a letter using your computer and the Internet to send Electronic mail or e-mail.
E-mail addresses :E-mail addresses You use addresses when you send e-mail just like you use addresses when you write a letter.
Address parts :Address parts An e-mail address is made up of three parts:
Username
At symbol @
Domain Name
Address parts :Address parts Username: usually a nickname and is shorter then your real name
@ symbol: Means at. To make the @ symbol Press your shift key and press on the number 2. The @ symbol comes after the username without any spaces.
Domain name: is the address of the computer that will receive the message.
: If you compare your home address to an e-mail address, your domain name is like your town and state.
Your user name is like your name and street.

Parts of e-mail :Parts of e-mail E-mail programs usually open up to your inbox.
The inbox is where your messages are kept.
Inbox :Inbox Your inbox is organized in rows.
Each row contains an envelope picture.
If the envelope is opened that means that the e-mail has been read.
If the envelope is closed, that means that the e-mail is new and has not been read

To respond to an e-mail simply, double click on the e-mail message :To respond to an e-mail simply, double click on the e-mail message When the message comes up simply click on reply, then type your message.
