Procedure… Update the Word file with correct details and appropriate graphics. Go to Google docs by logging into gmail. The screen will now look like. Click on Upload

..ctd. Enter the file name by selecting Browse and then select upload file.

..ctd. Once the Word file is uploaded, click on ‘Share’ on the right hand side of your screen.

..ctd : 

..ctd A drop box will appear. Select ‘Select with others’ Under ‘Invite viewers’ input an email address other than ‘helplibrary’ to invite others as Google docs does not share emails with oneself. (though a CC can be marked as a later step). Your screen will now appear as:

..ctd Type out the email addresses in the text box and click on’Invite viewers’

..ctd. : 

..ctd. A box will appear where u can type out a msg for others. (in this case this could be left blank). Put a √ on ‘Paste the document itself into the email message with CC to library. In this way the file will be emailed to your id for forwarding it to readers.
