Carnelle D Rutledge is one of the most experienced professionals in the customer services field. He attended Southern Christian College for A.S. in Social Science, and graduated with GPA 3.1 in the year 1995. At University of Central Florida, he finished his B.S. in Social Science with GPA 3.3 in 1996.

He spent years to learn different strategies and techniques for business growth. He completed Modern Marketing Course and Business Management Course in 2000 and 2008 respectively. Carnelle also attended an array of management seminars conducted by American Management Association.

He joined Global Sports, Inc. in June 1999 as a Client Service Representative. It was his first job. Owing to his hard work, Carnelle D Rutledge promoted to higher levels in a short span of time. For his excellent performance, the company selected him for its Employee of the Year award for 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2009.

In 2014, he left Global Sports, and became a part of Glenbrook Dodge, Inc. His designation in this company was Finance Assistant/Customer Service. He performed all his duties to the best of his abilities. He handled customer calls and funding delays, assisted business office, etc.
