His key responsibilities in the company were – handling customer calls, concerns, and problems for dealership; providing assistance to the business office with processing deal folders; handling funding delays and helping the title department; etc. He also acted as the dealerships gate keeper & suggested solutions to the staff.

Carnelle Rutledge started his career as a Client Service Representative at Global Sports Inc., a reputable company in Scottsdale, AZ. For his outstanding performance, he got many promotions during his employment with the company. He even won Employee of the Year award four times – in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2009. He joined Global Sports Inc. as a “Client Service Representative” but was promoted to “Senior Client Service Representative” within a year and then to the position of “Director of Client Services” two years later. He was also promoted to “VP of Client Services” after he brought huge business to the company.
