He is a highly skilled professional with a great knowledge of the sales and marketing industry. Owing to his dedication and hard work, he has maintained a reputed position in the industry. He believes in doing things differently, and has helped several companies to establish themselves as leading players in the market.

Being an educated professional, he has a B.S., in Social Science from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL. He attended Southwestern Christian College, Terrell, TX for an A.S., in Social Science, and graduated in the year 1995. In addition, he also did Modern Marketing Course in 2000 and Business Management Course in 2008. Carnelle Rutledge started his career with Global Sports Group, Inc., in Scottsdale, AZ in 1999. In this company, he joined as a Client Service Representative. He created player portfolios for global businesses and promoted “Ways to Sale Athletes” to endorsement companies.

He developed strategic partnerships with end user companies, promoted new marketing programs, maintained sales, marketing, recruiting and management responsibilities, etc. for new employees. Carnelle designed and implemented a professional training program while there. He worked very hard, and earned a promotion to Senior Client Service Representative in 2000, Director of Client Services in 2002, and then Vice President. In this company, he was honored with the Employee of the Year for four different times, i.e. 2001 through 2003 and 2009.
