He joined the company as a “Client Service Representative”, but was promoted to “Senior Client Service Representative” within a year. In 2000, he was promoted to “Director of Client Services” and in 2009, “VP of Client Services”. For his excellent performance, he even won Employee of the Year award in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2009. In 2014, Carnelle got the opportunity to work as a Finance Assistant/Customer Service at Glenbrook Dodge Inc. Currently, he works as a salesman for Grote Automotive in Fort Wayne, IN and within few months has managed to receive huge appreciation for his sales skills from his clients, peers, as well as employer.

Carnelle D Rutledge is a successful sales professional, who has excelled at every step of his career. He embarked on his professional journey with a reputed company in Scottsdale, AZ – Global Sports Inc. He got the chance to serve four different roles. He joined the company as a “Client Service Representative”, but was promoted to “Senior Client Service Representative” within a year. The next big milestone came in 2000 when he was promoted to the position of “Director of Client Services”. In 2009, Carnelle was promoted to “VP of Client Services” after he brought over 25 million in contracts in 2007 & 2008 and 50 million endorsements.

While working for Global Sports Inc., he fulfilled every role given to him with a high level of commitment. For his excellent performance, he even won Employee of the Year award in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2009. In 2014, Carnelle D Rutledge got the opportunity to work as a Finance Assistant/Customer Service at Glenbrook Dodge Inc. Here, he was responsible for handling customer calls, concerns and problems for dealership; taking care of the funding delays and assisting the title department; assisting the business office with processing deal folders; etc. In addition to these tasks, he acted as the dealerships gate keeper and suggests solutions to staff.

Currently, Carnelle Rutledge works as a salesman for Grote Automotive in Fort Wayne, Indiana; a well-known company in Fort Wayne , IN, that sells used cars, trucks, and SUV's. Although it has been just a couple of months since he has joined the company, he has managed to receive huge appreciation for his sales skills from his clients, peers, as well as employer.
