Other items you can add include SECTION HEADER – to add a title part way down the form and PAGE BREAK which allows you to break the survey up into pages instead of having to scroll down for a long way. If you have more than one page you can also select to go to a different page according to the answer to a multiple choice question .

You can now share the link to your survey by email or by adding the link to a web page (such as on our Ultranet wiki. The favourite food survey is already linked on the Our forms sub-page – please go and complete the form.

Your tasks for today are: Create a form with Google Docs – it can be about anything you like. Some topics are: music, films, sports, games …whatever you are interested that other people would have opinions/preferences about. Your form should have at least 8 questions including at least one of each of Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Choose from a list, Scale and Grid
