Such success would not have been possible if it would not have been existed. So first of all let us see the existence of Amul i.e. who is behind it’s existence.PowerPoint Presentation: Dr.Verghese Kurien who is also well-known as “The Father of White Revolution” in India. He is also known as the brains behind the success of the largest dairy development programme in the world by the name of Operation flood which is also known as the “Milkman of India”.PowerPoint Presentation: He was born in 26-november-1921 and had graduated in physics from Loyola college, Madras & also graduated in B.E. (Mechanical) from the Madras Universities. He has also done Masters in Mechanical engineering and had also done training at T.S.C.O. So Dr. Verghese Kurien left his Govt. job and volunteered to help the (KDCMPUL) to set up a processing plant.
