Makes me self conscious of what foods to choose when eating. maybe so made me think a little more about healthier choices. no :) Nope. probably so! No probably not ummm , no, sorry!!!! lol It definitely made me realize that i have very poor eating habbits ! maybe I eat as healthy as i could already, but if given the choice i would choose something unhealthy instead of the healthier choice. no Some Yes. not really
