Early Life and Education Haroon Ullah was raised in the Tricities, a farming area in Washington. In 1999, Haroon graduated from Whiteman College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. In 2002, he earned a Master’s degree at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
