Slide 1:Matthew 22: 34-40
Slide 2:“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.”
Slide 3:“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Slide 4:Loving God and loving neighbors are two aspects of the same commandment to love.
Slide 5:Our foremost duty is to love God with our entire selves. This love of God should be expressed in the way we love our neighbors.
Slide 6:We need to love others with as much concern as we have for ourselves.
Slide 7:Loving God does not simply mean going to church, reciting prayers or kneeling on one's knees.
Slide 8:To love God completely is to show care and concern for the poor and the powerless.
