Options for Organizing Church Programs Primarily by age groups Advantage –coordination between programs in an individual age group, more expertise in age group Disadvantage – potential for little coordination with those outside the individual age group Primarily by program - Music, Education, etc. Advantages – coordination between different age groups in a single program, more expertise in program issues related to life-long development Disadvantages – potential for overlooking the needs of a particular age group
