Nowadays people are not concentrating about HEALTH : 

Nowadays people are not concentrating about HEALTH As a result after the people grow older than 40 years they have more chances of getting diseases Why because at the young age people will have good immunity and they will not feel much caring towards health But as they grow older the immune power will reduce and as a result the people get Heart related diseases, Diabities, Blood preassure etc.........

There are so many causes for all the above problems :

Firstly work pressure No proper physical exercises No proper intake of nutrient food The imbalance in nature wizz., different types of pollutions Because of globalisation and other aspects the life of people will become more mechanical

Dont's Don't Sit for more than an hour in the same place Don't skip your breakfast Don't be in a dark suffocated room Avoid having Junk foods as well as outside foods Avoid drinking impure water Avoid smoking and intake of alcoholic drinks

Some of the steps to safeguard our health Have a Regular walk atleast for about half an hour Drink Plenty of Water (atleast 2 liters of water)‏ Eating at regular times Have a sound sleep 4-6 hours a day Try to be more Hygienic People should make a habit of having vegetables (leafy vegetables), fruits and more & more of pearls & cereals continued.........
