Slide 12: Well, aside from a good product, great customer service can have a dramatic effect on your business. Slide 13: Here’s why it should be required: Slide 14: [A] Continuous Sales Slide 15: If you provide great CS, and have multiple products… Slide 16: How much more would that company want to buy products from you in the future? Slide 17: [B] More money per sale. (Upsells and cross sales) Slide 18: Instead of a “one off” sale, you can get them to buy stuff at a time. Slide 19: This can easily double your income or more. Slide 20: What’s the difference between an upsell and a cross sell? Slide 21: An upsell is adding value to an already existing offer. Slide 22: Here are some Examples: Automating something Improving something Making something better Increasing value Slide 23: Real world example: When McDonald’s asks if you want cheese on your burger or super sizing your meal. Slide 34: Have you bought a clickbank product lately? Slide 35: If you’ll notice, most of them have affiliate links littering their product download page. Slide 36: This of course, is all in hopes of making more money, by promoting similar products. Slide 37: You can do this too. Simply place 3 related offers on the download page of your own product. Slide 38: You can also place some on a free product download page when you give people free products. Slide 39: This way you can make free money without doing any more work. Slide 40: If people appreciate your value, and you treat them well, you can make more money this way. Slide 41: The last way that customer service can make you more money is through… Slide 42: [c] Viral marketing. Slide 43: Have you ever told someone about a product that you really liked? Slide 44: I know I do. And if you have a great product with great customer service, you’ll simply make more money. Slide 51: And it can also be applied to affiliate marketing as well. Slide 52: Many know who I am because they’ve been to my blog. They read my advice, and consider me an expert in my field. Slide 53: Then, when I make an honest affiliate recommendation, it means more than someone just shoving affiliate promotions down their throat. Slide 54: Just be honest, and provide helpful feedback, and you can easily win people over. Slide 55: Alright. Moving on. Slide 56: The second way to make more money is to find your USP. Slide 57: This includes: Answering “why me” Providing a unique offer Solving a problem Slide 58: Your USP is your unique selling position. Slide 59: Basically, it’s what sets you apart from everyone else. Slide 60: You can find out what your USP is by doing the things I just mentioned… Slide 61: First, answer why me? Slide 62: Why would any one want to buy from you? Slide 63: Do you: Offer a better deal than the competition? Have expertise in that area? Have past experience with the same topic? Provide better customer service ;-) Slide 64: Once you can answer why the prospect should buy from you, then you’re a step ahead of most of your competitors. Slide 65: I would come with at least 3 – 5 reasons though, so you can really assert your point. Slide 66: Once you have your USP, then make your offer unique to that. Slide 67: Whatever makes you better than the next guy, make your offer better as well.
