PHC Equipments Maintenance Online Reporting system has been developed in HMIS Online web portal with help of TCS .

The separate screen has been created in the same HMIS web portal. Master database created for 42 HUDs and Its covered all PHCs Equipment Details.

New user ID and Password created for 41PHCs to access Equipment screens. Password and User ID of Each PHC will be given to Medical Officers now
