The software will allow the user only for their portfolio of operation. User specific IDs and password have been generated and distributed. For example, in a PHC, the SHN is only authorized for application entry and verification. She is not allowed to perform any other operation. We will see this in detail in the later part of this manual.Slide 4: The URL for this software is http://dph.tn.nic.in/NEWMRMBS When we enter the above URL in any web browser (Internet Explorer is recommended), following screen will appear.Slide 6: The user has to enter the user ID and password to get the following screen. In this screen we have logged in as Supervisor for verification. We have to enter PICME number of the mother to get the basic identification data of the mother.PICME NUMBER: PICME NUMBER 13 Digit Number First two – District Next three-PHC Next two- HSC Next six – Mother DataExample Number: Example Number 4009302000333 4009302000125Slide 13: After entering the PICME number we will get the following screen with basic details fetched from PICME database. Other application details such as date of application, bank details etc., from applications needs to be entered.Slide 15: For entering date of application, date picker can be used. On clicking the icon next to the text box, a separate calendar window will appear. We need to select the date from the calendar or else we can also enter date in the format “ dd /mm/YYYY”.Slide 17: For Proof of Residence ID, we need to select the type of document from the list box as shown below and enter the number of the document in the text box next to the list box.Slide 19: Eligible List We can view the eligible mothers list generated by the system for the given period and Installment. The supervisors are requested to take printout of this report and verify case by case to find whether the mother is really eligible.Select period and installment: Select period and installmentFollowing list will be generated for the given period and installment. : Following list will be generated for the given period and installment.Now, select “verification” : Now, select “verification”Again select period and installment. : Again select period and installment.Slide 25: The following list will be generated. Based on the verified eligible list, the supervisor has to select whether the mother’s application is accepted or rejected or kept pending.Slide 27: If the supervisor selects Pending or Reject, a separate window will appear asking for the reason for such selection.Slide 28: The reason code will appear in the last column after the supervisor selects the reason.Slide 30: After completing all mothers, the supervisor have to click “Verified”. The following message will appear.Slide 32: With this the role of supervisor stops. Apart from this the supervisor is allowed to view reports which is under development.Slide 33: After supervisor verifies the list of beneficiaries, the Medical Officer of the PHC should login using his ID and password to check and forward the list to Block PHC. From the figure below, we can see that only “Forwarding” button is enabled.Slide 35: The list mothers verified by the supervisor will be shown to the Medical Officer.
