Evaluation Tools & Cycle

Evaluation Tools & Cycle :

Evaluation Tools & Cycle Evaluation of SD needs to be more than a one-time-thing to be effective. The evaluation should be a process that allows teachers time to digest information presented in a training, plan how to use new learning to enhance their teaching, practice using the new learning, be able to adjust practices based on practice with new learning, have others observe effectiveness of new learning, and assess if students benefited from new practices. Then school leaders can review the surveys, reflections, observations, and student data to determine if the SD was effective.
