Slide 2: 

Matthew 18:23-35 The Unmerciful Slave The guy owed the king a lot of money (more than $10 million!) verse 24-26. READ verse 27: “Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.”

Slide 3: 

The King released him from it forever…or did he??? READ Matthew 18:28-35

Slide 4: 

READ Matthew 18:34 “And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.” In the light of this parable, we can see that however much anyone has hurt us, it doesn’t even compare to the free gift of God’s pardon for our sins. READ: ROMANS 12:18 and 2 Corinthians 5:18

Slide 5: 

READ Hebrews 12:14-15 below… “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled…”
