CAREMEL CRUNCH: 

CAREMEL CRUNCH Caramel crunch did the best it costs $ 18.00 BBD. It sold the most on Saturday. I believe that we should only sell ice cream on the week ends and some days in the week. since that seems to be the most successful days. I have also found out that Caramel crunch with extra caramel and chocolate fudge sprinkles on top has the best selling at the end of the week, it has given a total of 87$ BBD. I have realized that people do prefer bowls instead of cones so the toppings don't fall off. My idea is ….

CONE bowl and spoon!!: 

CONE bowl and spoon!! I want to serve ice cream instead of in bowls in cone bowls so once they have finished eating the ice cream the toppings haven't fallen off and then you can eat the bowl with the left over melted ice cream. I also think we should give cone spoons, so then you can eat the spoon. This is a way we can sell more and be eco friendly by not using any plastic and making sure no trash gets left around. Here you would buy the cone bowls and spoon and would charge 3.00$ for the cone bowl and 2.00$ for the cone spoon then for the ice cream it is 18.00 $ BBD and any toppings would be 2.00$.But we would still sell regular cones. Chocolate Lined Cones I also thought about putting around the edge of regular cones a chocolate lining with either smarties , nuts or sprinkles. Which would make it taste better this would cost 2.50$ BBD because of the extra chocolate and sprinkled etc… lining

General selling's: 

General selling's In general I raise a lot of money per week by selling 3 different flavors only, I have made 3,679,00$ BBD so imagine one year. This means if we add toppings and the cone ideas we could get an income of this tripled. The three flavors I sold were ‘duce de leche ’ a creamy caramel vanilla flavor Caramel crunch a biscuit caramel chocolate vanilla flavor And … ‘baileys a caffeine’ a chocolate product with a very good taste.

Amber It seemed a little strange that you should put the suggestions first and then the data analysis of where the company is later. Given that, A good overall look to the presentation. The data was correctly entered The overall graph was well produced as well as the daily ones. There was however little analysis of why certain day sold more with the weekdays selling less. There is no clear consideration of where the company is right now. A few words on how sales went and could be improved was needed There are some great suggestions of the new products the company needs to do to improve the product, but not how to market it better. There is a clear style in the presentation. No summary of the recommendations 4/6
