Slide 2:Next year, August 21st through August 28th 2010 you’ve been invited to join in on the “Most Excellent Adventure”
Along with the rest of our favorite friends who will also join us, we’ll all make this an experience none of us will ever forget……………… MONTANA, USA
Slide 3:Some of the things on the activity list include horseback riding, fly fishing, white river rafting, and visiting wineries and historical sites in addition to making time to hang, get reacquainted , relax, enjoy
good conversation, laugh,
enjoy one another’s
company and just basically… Have a Ball!!!
Slide 4:PLANNING
FINANCING At the very most, you will spend a maximum of $1500 which include your round trip airfare, housing, food and activities.
The airfare portion will run roughly $500 and you will need to make those arrangements on your own. Deadline for accommodations is no later than April 15 (tax day) in order for us to make arrangements at a reduced rate unless you want to do this on your own but please keep us in the loop. If you think you will be joining us, we want to hear from you right away so that we can begin negotiating the best deals in terms of accommodations and activities.
After the April 15th deadline, we will be better able to give you a confirmed list of specifics as well as guests but we’ll try and keep you up to date as things progress especially if we get the turn-out we hope for.
This experience is NOT subject to only those from the Keys or any specific gender. If you’d like to add a friend, please do. Just let us know how many we are looking for accommodations for and any other particulars you need addressed. &
