Procurement Process :
Procurement Process CCE’s procurement process occurs first in the project phase of the
execution management process of the operations value chain
model
CCE uses The Coca-Cola Management System (TCCMS) as their
quality management system
CCE manages a network of approximately 84,000 suppliers of
goods and services
TCCC in conjunction with CCE uses vendor managed inventory,
and has attributed its ability to remain at 98% availability in
stores to its use of VMI
CCE understands the added value of supplier external
collaboration and has attained an OPSCM level III competency

Commit Process & Aggregate Supply Chain Planning :
Commit Process & Aggregate Supply Chain Planning CCE’s commit process, or order management, is the last of the five processes
in the execution management component of the operations value chain model
This process ensures orders for Coca-Cola products are acknowledged and filled
CCE uses methods to group stores based on sales velocity and inventory
levels to adjust forecasts and predict field orders for the supply chain
TCCC employs demand management via its website
CCE’s aggregate supply chain planning is in the plan phase of the
operations value chain model
Customer demands are met at the lowest operational cost
CCE has benefited from the adoption of Microsoft tools, such as
companywide intranet implementation
CCE’s OPSCM commit process & aggregate supply chain planning service
process demonstrates external integration to a level III competency
