Adding a Movie to a PowerPoint Presentation The first thing you must do is make a folder and save your PowerPoint presentation along with your video and/or audio files. They all must go into the same folder.
Click the Film Reel icon
Browse to the folder that now has all your files.
Double click your file to insert it on the screen.
