To you they may seem primitive but as you will find out they are very useful in accessing information. Library Staff… : Library Staff… Mrs. Dyrek and Mrs. Hooks are here to help! Don’t go at it alone! The staff at Cleveland Middle School Library Media Center is sensitive to information dilemmas and is trained and experienced in helping people with research projects as well as personal intellectual interests. Hours of Operation… : Hours of Operation… We’ve extended the Library Media Center’s hours! We open at 7:15 a.m. until 4:30 p.m, rain or shine after the 15th of September, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays! You’re welcomed to join us and investigate further Earthlings peculiar hobbies and habits after-school. Library Passes… : Library Passes… During the school day you can come to the Library Media Center with your class or with a “Library Pass” issued by your teacher which tells us that you are allowed to be here. Remember… : Remember… Everyone who enters the Library Media Center must sign in at our circulation desk. When you leave, the pass will be returned to you and you will sign out and return the pass to your teacher. You are responsible for the care and return of all materials checked out in your name! “Three Books for Two Weeks…” : “Three Books for Two Weeks…” Three books for two weeks in any combination… You are welcomed to return your books at any time so you can check out three more! “One Week Grace Period” : “One Week Grace Period” If not returned after two weeks…don’t despair, everyone has a “one week grace period”. Like Blockbuster we’ve eliminated fines and dirty looks. “The Harsh Reality…” : “The Harsh Reality…” Finally we get nasty…you’ll receive regular notices of your overdue items in your homeroom class and there will be calls home. Remember your parents are obligated to pay full replacement cost of any library materials which are lost! Under Surveillance… : Under Surveillance… Be forewarned, we keep a watchful eye on our library materials… there are cameras everywhere; they’re everywhere!!!!!
