MISSION To advance the economic development opportunities for the black-owned firms located within Contra Costa County. To facilitate programs that foster self-empowerment of the black citizens in Contra Costa county. Be considered a valued economic development partner throughout Contra Costa County.

Why Use the Chamber Model?:

In CCC the entity would provide a niche to provide under-provided resources to those black-owned constituents Historically chambers have been known as primary business advocates at local levels Chambers are non-political and only serve the business and professional interests of its members Uniquely positioned to make an impact within the region.
