Navigate to the Reports menu by clicking on Reports>Reports.

The Reports Management Window consists of two panes; the Reports pane (left side) and the Report Details pane (right side). Reports Management Window

The Reports pane is a directory of all the reports available to OMS users. It contains three main folders; Public, Shared, and My Reports. Reports Pane

The Public folder contains all reports that are shared by all users. The reports are read only but they can be copied for your own use. Public Reports

Public reports can be copied for your own use in one of two ways. Click on the report in the Reports pane (left side), right-click and select Copy Report from the shortcut menu. Using Public Reports

Copying a Public Report Reports can also be copied within the setup report dialog box.

Renaming a Copied Report: 

Renaming a Copied Report You can rename a copied report by double-clicking on the report name in the Reports pane.

Creating New Folders: 

Creating New Folders Multiple folders can be created within the “My Reports” directory.

Moving Reports into Different Folders: 

Moving Reports into Different Folders Existing reports within the “My Reports” folder can be moved to a different sub-folder by dragging and dropping. Left-click on the report and drag it to the desired folder, then release the mouse button.

Creating a New Standard Report (Tabular): 

Creating a New Standard Report (Tabular) Reports can be created in one of two ways; by inserting a new report, or by copying an existing report that you own or one created by another user.

Customizing the New Report: 

Customizing the New Report Once the report is created it must be customized to fit your needs.

Making a Report Public:
