Slide 2: I was just wondering. So I could use it for a little special occasion. I heard Aroma therapy candles are good too. If you have any suggestions please feel free to list them.
Hi. I’m taking a class and having a very hard time focusing.Yesterday I used this essential oil mixture called Clarity. It contains, lemon, rosemary and jasmine absolute. Though it is not listed on the label I can smell eucalyptus and peppermint also.
Slide 3: The length of effective time and reaction varies for everyone. You obviously have found an extremely effective blend for yourself. Although, you can’t be certain that your mental state or other unknown factor didn’t contribute to your lack of sleep. Personally, I like to place 1-2 drops in the crook of my elbow a few times per day. This puts it directly into your body instead of though out your room. You may have overdone it a bit.
Slide 4: It usually takes me two hours after I go to bed and turn everything off before I can fall asleep. I just cannot stop thinking about various questions I come up with, though. Yahoo Answers has been an outlet, but far from a cure. I have tried various mind numbing tasks such as counting sheep, or reading the phone book. No good. My mind seems to wonder while the more simple task carries on with little conscious effort. I have tried white noise, aroma therapy, even Tylenol PM.
Slide 5: Alcohol has worked in the past, but it is not something I want to make a nightly custom. Shy of somehow denying oxygen to my brain, how can I fall asleep faster?Yeah, Exercise helps, but I get enough of it. I run four miles every morning, and have an upper body workout I go through every other day.
Slide 6: Well the first thing is not to do or watch anything stimulating like an action movie before bed. A book sometimes helps. Excercise earlier in the day is also good, as is a milky drink, warm bath or even meditaion. Try to rite down all the questions or worries you have so you are getting them out of your head.
