My Pitch My pitch to an investor would be for him to look at a well known college town like gainesville and see the potential in recreational attraction geared towards students. From a financial standpoint it is going to get a lot of business. The location should be close to I-75 so it is easily accessible to travelers and close enough for local college students.

l For this park to be successful there has got to be some uniqueness to it. It is going to be geared toward people 16+ The main attractions are going to be a wipeout style obstacle course and high speed go carts. Its got to be EXTREME

It is centered around water so when You fall or take a spill there will be no injuries hopefully. There will be different skill levels for the course so there is room to get better. Competitive Every attraction will be EXTREME High speed go cart racing The go carts should top out at 60 mph Only people with a valid drivers license would be able to participate. Competitive The competitiveness of the park is what would draw so much business.
