DVD#428 Our Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7 & 11 : Our Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7 & 11 Ecclesiastes 3:1 For everything there is a stated time, And a SEASON for every event under the heaven: Our Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7 & 11 : Our Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7 & 11 Ecclesiastes 3:7 A SEASON to tear and a SEASON to sew; A SEASON to hush and a SEASON to speak; Our Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7 & 11 : Our Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7 & 11 Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything fitting in its SEASON; However, He has put obscurity in their heart So that the man may not find out His work, That which the One, Elohim, does from the beginning to the terminus." From what we just read in : From what we just read in Ecclesiastes, we know that “there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven” … and that God “has made everything beautiful in it’s time.” There is a SEASON for everything! : There is a SEASON for everything! For I Heard! : For I Heard! Jeremiah 20:7-8 O LORD, thou hast deceived me, and I was deceived: thou art stronger than I, and hast prevailed: I am in derision daily, every one mocketh me. For I Heard! : For I Heard! Jeremiah 20: 7-8 For since I spake, I cried out, I cried violence and spoil; because the word of the LORD was made a reproach unto me, and a derision, daily. Persecution : Persecution Here we see Jeremiah was being continually persecuted for preaching the truth! Jeremiah opened his heart to God and expressed the depth of his inner emotions. He felt that God had deceived him by letting him be ridiculed by the people fir his message. He had faithfully warned them of he coming violence and destruction; but his reward was only their insults. Slide 10: Jeremiah opened his heart to God and expressed his emotions For I Heard! : For I Heard! Jeremiah 1:9-10 Then he Lord put forth His hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put My words in thy mouth. For I Heard! : For I Heard! Jeremiah1:9-10See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant. To Destroy and To Build : To Destroy and To Build For I Heard! : For I Heard! Jeremiah 15:16 Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts. See Next Slide : See Next Slide Just like the apostle John (Revelation 10:9-11) said sweet in the mouth but makes the tummy bitter – the WORD I sweet but when it comes time to put the WORD into action then the bitterness comes from those around you who will not accept it! And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. Slide 26: Matthew 12:34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
