Prosort 45 Divert Arm: 

Prosort 45 Divert Arm The ProSort 45 is a specifically designed divert arm that will handle both totes and cartons. When applied as a sorter it will sort at rates up to 50 cycles per minute. When applied as a diverter it will handle continuous slugs.

Prosort 5050 Pusher: 

Prosort 5050 Pusher The ProSort 50/50 is designed to satisfy a variety of problems that occur when sorting/transferring cartons or totes from one form of conveyor to another. It allows for right angle transfers at a rate up to 60 cycles per minute and weights ranging from one pound to 100 pounds with a consistent speed and force. All transfers are placed onto the adjacent conveying source without a change in speed or alignment .

Prosort 60 Divert Arm: 

Prosort 60 Divert Arm The ProSort 60 is specifically designed to be used with a ProSort high-speed belt conveyor fitted with the following options: tan glidetop belt, 4 in. infeed tail pulley, belt encoder, heavy duty drive and high-speed bearings (contact factory). The maximum belt speed is 540 fpm with a minimum of 6 feet from leading edge to the leading edge of cartons. The maximum carton length is 36 in.

Prosort 70 Pneumatic Overhead Pusher The ProSort 70 is designed to increase product flow and shorten conveyor length. It allows for two (2) sided sortation at a rate up to 50 cycles per minute and weights ranging from one pound to 30 pounds with a consistent speed and force. All transfers are placed onto the adjacent conveying source without a change in speed or alignment.
