I cant believe its been a year! we miss you Nana

Nana February 17, 1933 - March 30, 2010 She was an angel sent from heaven with no wings, she was our guardian angel. R.I.P

To my cousins, what would I ever do without you guys? I’ve realized we are cousins by blood, and friends by choice. You guys are my best friends. As we were stuck in that waiting room for 2 days, I took a chance to look around and realize, wow, this is my family, those are MY cousins, and no one else’s. We have all lost a part of ourselves, but there are 12 more parts to make up for it. We share a bond like no other, a bond that could never be broken. Now it is our turn, we have to take everything we have been taught, and keep it alive. It will not be easy knowing who we have to live up to. Today we do say goodbye, but we also say hello.

To my aunts and uncles, I love you more than you could ever know. As your children, nieces, and nephews we will carry out with the lives we have been taught to live, and ways we have been raised by to the best of our ability and more. This is what nana would have wanted. Nana is with her true love and she couldn’t be any happier. Monday morning I do believe papa was there holding his hand out and nana grabbed it, who can blame her? Remember this, the love of a family is life's greatest blessing, so let’s take advantage of it before it's gone.
