Their elements created by the Earth. They are either renewable or non-renewable. They exist throughout the whole world. Something that humans use everyday.What makes a resource renewable, and effect on the environments: What makes a resource renewable, and e ffect on the environments It is replaced or made naturally. Shouldn’t take long to be renewed. They are used by all life. They help to form eco –systems.The main renewable resources!: The main renewable resources! Water Air Forests (wood) FoodWhat is a non – renewable resource?: What is a non – renewable resource? Resources that don’t renew shortly after use. Take thousands of years to create. Some are rare resources. (oil, etc…) Consumed faster in respect to amount.Slide 6: Oil Uranium (nuclear power) M inerals (magnesium, etc…) Coal Examples of non–renewable resourcesWhat is recyclable?: What is recyclable? Plastic Metal Glass PaperRecycling and Re-using: Recycling and Re-using Recycling helps lower resource use. Recycling can help save our planet. Recycled items are used in some products. Mostly metals and plastics are reused.Humans protection of resources: Humans protection of resources Parks are made to protect resources We use safety guides for harvesting Trying to make renewable energy Laws on animal harvesting (limits, seasons).How humans positively effect nature: How humans positively effect nature People have created renewable energy. Some types are: hydro, solar, wind Also have created bio fuels. The renewable resources are much cleanerOther ways Humans help nature: Other ways Humans help nature Humans protect endangered species We rehabilitate hurt animals. (Rescue teams) Clean up the environment after disasters.
