It’s not easy to build and maintain strength, with back problems! Are you healthy?

There’s more to health and fitness… It’s been said that exercise is 30%... than just exercise! and proper nutrition is 70% of the solution…

Food is simply fuel for your body. But put in the wrong type of fuel, and it will not run properly.

Slide 4: 

Hippocrates, the father of medicine said, “Let natural forces be the healers of disease. Let food be your medicine.”

Slide 5: 

Every time you eat, you are taking very strong medicine, which can have a good, bad or indifferent effect on your body. When broken down into its basic components, food has a more powerful impact on your health than any drug your doctor could prescribe.

The Greek word for diet means lifestyle. The real definition of diet means how one develops a lifestyle or pattern of eating.

But most American's insist their food be fast and convenient. So most food consumed Is severely lacking in nutrition.

Unfortunately, most people eat primarily processed, manipulated, dead, or fake food.

Slide 9: 

One of the simplest changes you can make to revolutionize your health, is to eat primarily fresh-real-living-food. Food that is God-made, and full of enzymes and nutrients.

Slide 10: 

Once a food is altered from its original state, nutrients are lost. The more a food is manipulated or processed the less enzymes and nutrients are present. Strawberry flavoring, in Jello, can be created from over a dozen different man-made chemicals. That's not food. That is a chemical cocktail completely void of any nutrition. Example…
