What is a SANE Nurse ? A SANE Nurse is a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner
Specialized in dealing with sexual assault victims.
The SANE nurse acts as an advocate for the patient.
Our Project :
Our Project Tessa Proffitt came to speak at ETSU about the SANE Nurse program .
She informed the students about the SANE program.
She also had a question and answer at the end .
What I Did… :
What I Did… I contacted the Culp Center to reserve the meeting room in which Tessa would speak.
Participated in making the flyer.
Made copies of the flyer.
Posted the flyers around campus.
