Why you should choose us? Convenience: From Air Port: If you are coming from Airport then you can use MRT/Train/Metro from airport only and come directly to us at BUGIS MRT. From Bugis MRT it is 300 M, so it takes only 3 minutes walking distance to reach us. This is the cheapest way to come to us. Else you can use Taxi or Airport Shuttle too. Departmental Store, Money Exchange, Restaurants: 24 hours open 7-11 stores are just next 2 us. Money exchangers and Malay, Chinese, Thai, Sweden, Arabian, Indian restaurants are only 1-4 minutes walking distance from our place. .

City Center: We are located at City Center from where you visit 80% of the tourist attraction points while on foot only. The distance is 1 minute to 15 minutes only. You can explore: Sultan Mosque (1 min walking distance) Arab Street and Haji Lane (1 min walking distance) Queen Street – for buses going to Malaysia (only 3 minute walking distance) Little India : 4 min walking distance Bugis Junction, Chijmes, Raffles Hotel, Famous Church, Parliament House, City Hall, Asian Civilization Museum, Singapore Recreational Park, Esplanade Theatres on the Bay, War Memorial Park, Marina Bay, Sir Stamford Landing Site, Clark Quay, Boat Quay, Suntec City, Singapore Art Museum, National Museum of Singapore : All the above places are from 3 minutes to 15 minutes walking distance only. Famous Orchard Road is either can be enjoyed by walk around 30 minutes or can go by MRT or taxi. It’s cheap and best.

Arriving on the bus station in Singapore with our enormous backpacks, we came to know about Feel At Home. A part from being much closer to the station (so less sweating then the other Lonely Planet hostels), the guest house appeared to be right in the center of things here, walking through a neat Caribbean colored street with a shining beautiful golden mosque at the end (Sultan Mosque); we were happy to find one of the cleanest and newest places in 4 months of backpacking Asia. Who needs a tourist information office if there is a Feel At Home? Metro station close by (3 min walk) and cheap Zam Zam Indian/Malay restaurant around the corner as well as super kinds hosts make us wanna come back here. But most importantly we slept like babies on the fresh smelling wooder IKEA beds that reminded us of our childhood days. All and all a place to regenerate after long and uncomfortable journeys and all though this was our first dorm to sleep, definitely a please to feel at home away from home. Thanks for having us!!!!
