Strengths Information Center is a landmark tower Brochures and campus map Parking is clearly designated Visitor and permit Administrative office Centrally located on campus

Strengths : 

Strengths Personal touch President Pam Eibeck hosts weekly chat sessions with students Professors spend time with students outside the classroom Welcoming environment Small campus community

SWOT Analysis - Weaknesses : 

SWOT Analysis - Weaknesses High Sticker Price Cost of Attendance: $43,000 per year Discourages some students Particularly ethnic minorities First generation college students Financial literacy is a priority

Weaknesses : 

Weaknesses Low representation of some minority groups Especially blacks and Latinos Outreach initiatives Partnership with publics school MESA program Spanish language admissions materials

Threats : 

Threats Clery Act Reports Crime is decreasing Crimes like burglary and rape are significant Stockton 2nd highest crime rate in CA Affects off-campus students Some spots on campus feel less safe at night
