CSPAN Action Plans Action Plans should: Summarise headline information List projects to drive up participation (in priority order) Demonstrate collaborative working Identify an eligible lead applicant organisation for each project Be compiled with your Pro-Active Partnership

CSPAN Action Plans Action Plans should Include potential projects from other targeted investment strands: Workforce – elements co-ordinated by Pro-Active Partnership Local Area Agreements Action Plans to Sport England by 9th November
