Presentation Description

FieldMax is a suite of mobile and web based applications used for sales order management. It has two components - FieldMax Mobile and FieldMax Office. (1) FieldMax Mobile application is used by the field staff to enter order information on a simple GPRS/ Java enabled mobile handset. (2) FieldMax Office is a web based application used by the operations team to track and process the order.

Start the application by selecting “Launch” Enter User Name and Password and select “Menu” Scroll to Login (or press 1) and click “Select” Click “Yes” to allow GPRS connection Click “Yes” to update the application with latest data from server This is the first Menu of the application. Let’s select “Shop”. Scroll and select a day of choice Select a Shop of choice from the list This is the second Menu. Let’s select “Order”. Select a Product Category from this list Enter Quantity to be ordered against each product and select “Menu” Scroll to “Order” and click “Select” Before placing the Order, if there are any Schemes or Special Instructions, enter in this screen. Let’s first add an available Scheme. Select an appropriate scheme from the list and click “OK” Enter Special Instructions for delivery, if any Check special instructions to be added and click ‘OK” Click “Order” This is the Order Confirmation Screen. Click “OK” to proceed with the Order. This completes the Order entry for the selected Shop. Click OK to go back to the Menu
