Seeding The City Why have only one 1,000sf roof that is green? Why not 1,000 roofs with 1sf of green?

It starts in a few neighborhoods, on a few rooftops…

And then it grows….

It is a community built network of small green roof modules.

Slide 12: 

Seeding the City begins in neighborhoods in urban areas. After the first roofs are planted, the recipients must connect us with their neighbors who are interested in the project. The first rooftops are found through local organizations.

It’s collective action, bringing a community together around a shared concern – urban environmental issues.

And before you know it, there’s thousands of green roofs around the world…
